Herban Durban had big plans for 2021. They were opening their first dispensary in San Francisco. Before 2021, their dispensaries were primarily on the East Coast and have since expanded into California. Their mission was to bring their stylish boutique dispensary experience to San Francisco’s Pacific Heights neighborhood and become the go-to destination for cannabis consumers in their new locale.
They saw drastic increases in visits to their new store within the first three months of their digital mascot marketing campaign, and have continued to see growth to date. Herban Durbanl has scaled every aspect of our marketing efforts, using their digital mascot to improve they’re social media presence on by educating their community about the different strains of cananbis
